The Hotel has the right to charge one night lodging if the cardholder has not properly cancelled the reservation - inform the Hotel of reservation cancellation 72 hours prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is made less than 72 hours before the arrival, the cancellation should be made not later than 12.00 Merchant Outlet time (GMT+2) on the arrival date.
